We do not provide SSH/shell access to our clients. We have blocked this service because of the rise of Brute Force attacks on the servers which if access was open could compromise the server and your website, which is risk that we are no longer willing to take. Your options are however to use this workaround this by utilising the shell_exec command in PHP.
