To assist us in migrating your emails, we need to find out the size of each of your email accounts (mailboxes) and also test your internet connection speed.

Simply reply to the email you received from our Support Team with the information obtained in the following steps
Check the size of your email accounts
Step 1
Open Microsoft Outlook and right-click on the mail account you want to check. Select Data File Properties. (If you are using Outlook 2019, select Properties)
Step 2
On the next pop-up window, select Folder Size
Step 3
The third line shows the total size of that account including subfolders. Make a note of this size alongside the name of the email account.
For example:
[email protected] – 109,565KB
Check your internet connection speed
Step 1
Open a new web browser window and go to https://fast.com/
Step 2
Allow the test to run. When it has finished, click Show more info
Step 3
Make a note of the Internet Speed (A) and Upload Speed (B)
